Erika Marseille

Erika Marseille has been CFO of KWR since 1 June 2024. She is a management team member and is responsible for finance and support services.
Erika is a business economist, chartered accountant, and lawyer. She was trained as a chartered accountant at KPMG. From 2014 to 2022, she was a KWR’s Supervisory Board member and chair of the Audit Committee. For the past ten years, she has been self-employed and worked as a supervisor, investigator, or binding advisor, often at the request of judicial authorities. Before that, she was responsible for internal and external financial reporting at AkzoNobel.
She has held many roles at charity organisations, usually as treasurer, at Amnesty International (human rights), Movies that Matter (films on human rights), and CBF (charity regulator), among others. She is currently a board member of the Association for Annual Accounts Law and treasurer of Penal Reform International (humanisation of the prison system worldwide), the Anton de Kom Foundation (colonial past), the Netherlands-Suriname Legal Cooperation Foundation (Surinamese rule of law) and Raam op Rusland (independent journalistic platform on Russia and surrounding countries). She has published regularly in books and journals on accounting law.
