Maaike Scholten

Over the last few years Maaike Scholten was HR Manager at the Netherlands Institute of Ecology (NIOO-KNAW). Over the preceding years, she was HR Advisor at GlaxoSmithBeecham. Maaike’s position at KWR is that of Senior HR Consultant/HR Team Leader. She is an HR generalist, with extensive experience in all Human Resources disciplines. Maaike enjoys working on questions like digitalisation, Strategic Personnel Planning and diversity. Maaike recently earned her Lean Sixt Sigma Green belt, and will be applying this knowledge to render KWR’s procedures and processes more efficient.
