Nienke Koeman PhD MSc

Nienke Koeman is a researcher in the team Water treatment. She is mainly active in the field of industrial water treatment and water treatment in agriculture and horticulture. Nienke has a background in bioprocess technology but has built up a lot of experience with physical-chemical water treatment in recent years. She has extensive experience with industrial water flows such as process water, cooling water and industrial wastewater treatment. She also has a great deal of knowledge about water flows and water treatment in greenhouse horticulture. She is engaged in research and innovations in water reuse, recycling and resource recovery.
